Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for safe, lawful, and ethical use of the aimp.dev platform, including marketing automation, AI features, and document signing.

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs access to and use of the websites, applications, APIs, AI systems, and services operated by aimpworks ltd trading as aimp.dev, AIMP, AI Multiplier Platform ("we", "us", "our"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. General Principles

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry requirements in every jurisdiction where you operate.
  • Use the Service safely, responsibly, and ethically.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
  • Ensure all data you upload or process is lawful, accurate, and properly authorized.
  • Respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of individuals whose data you process through the Service.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, whether performed directly, indirectly, manually, or through automation or AI:

3.1 Illegal and Harmful Conduct

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation.
  • Fraud, identity theft, harassment, threats, stalking, or exploitation.
  • Distributing illegal content or facilitating illegal transactions.
  • Supporting violence, extremism, or terrorism.

3.2 Security Violations

  • Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Distributing malware, ransomware, or exploits.
  • Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without our written permission.
  • Circumventing authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.

3.3 Intellectual Property and Platform Rules

  • Uploading or using content you do not have the right to use.
  • Infringing copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights.
  • Violating third-party platform terms, including connected email, social, CRM, or advertising APIs.
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or extracting proprietary models, prompts, or system logic.
  • Using Service outputs to train or improve competing AI models without our written consent.

3.4 Restricted Content

  • Hateful, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory content.
  • Sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Violent, extremist, or deceptive content intended to manipulate elections or public opinion.
  • False or misleading content sent to consumers without appropriate disclosure where required by law.

3.5 Anti-Spam and Communications Abuse

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or direct messages.
  • Harvesting email addresses or contact lists without consent.
  • Violating CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, PECR, GDPR/ePrivacy, or equivalent anti-spam laws.
  • Using the Service to generate or distribute deceptive marketing or fraudulent reviews.

3.6 Automation and Fair Use

  • Overloading or degrading platform infrastructure.
  • Bypassing usage limits, token quotas, or subscription entitlements.
  • Operating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or enforcement.
  • Running unauthorized load, stress, or adversarial testing.

3.7 Prohibited AI Uses

  • High-risk automated decisions affecting employment, credit, insurance, housing, immigration, legal outcomes, or medical treatment without written approval.
  • Generating deepfakes, synthetic voices, or likenesses of real individuals without explicit consent.
  • Processing biometric or special-category personal data unless expressly permitted in writing.
  • Using AI outputs as the sole basis for regulated professional advice.

3.8 Recipient and Third-Party Data

  • Uploading personal data about recipients, contacts, or employees without a lawful basis and required notices.
  • Sending document campaigns or marketing communications without valid consent or another lawful basis.
  • Processing children's data except where strictly permitted by law and configured appropriately.

4. Enforcement

We may warn, throttle, suspend, terminate, or permanently block access for violations. We may remove content, revoke API keys, withhold refunds where permitted by law, and report illegal activity to authorities.

5. Reporting Violations

Report abuse to compliance@aimp.dev. Include a description of the issue, relevant URLs or account identifiers, and supporting evidence.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
