Marketplace Creator Agreement
Terms governing creators who publish solutions on the aimp.dev marketplace.
Last updated: July 2026
1. Parties and Scope
This Marketplace Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is between aimpworks ltd ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("Creator", "you") and governs your publication of workflow solutions, templates, and related listings on aimp.dev ("Marketplace").
This Agreement supplements our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and AI Use & Safety Policy. If there is a conflict regarding marketplace listings, this Agreement prevails for creator obligations.
2. Your Listings
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of listing titles, descriptions, and buyer-facing claims.
- You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to publish the workflow, prompts, media, and documentation included in your listing.
- You will not misrepresent what the solution does, who it is for, or what data it processes.
- We may review, reject, delist, or modify how listings appear without liability to you.
3. Relationship with Buyers
You acknowledge that buyers license your solution subject to our platform terms. You are responsible for support obligations you explicitly promise in your listing. We are not a party to disputes between you and buyers except as needed to enforce platform policies.
Listings are not certified as legally compliant, error-free, or suitable for any regulated purpose. You must not claim platform approval beyond badges we explicitly display.
4. Prohibited Listings
- Workflows that facilitate spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
- Solutions designed for high-risk automated decisions about individuals without our written approval.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or violates third-party platform terms.
- Misleading listings, fake reviews, or bait-and-switch behaviour.
- Processing of special-category data unless expressly permitted in writing.
5. Data and Privacy
If your solution processes personal data about buyers' contacts or recipients, you represent that buyers will be responsible as data controllers and must obtain lawful basis and required notices. You will not instruct buyers to use the solution unlawfully.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from claims, damages, fines, and expenses arising from your listings, your workflow content, buyer reliance on inaccurate listing claims, or your breach of this Agreement or applicable law.
7. Removal and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate creator access, remove listings, or withhold payouts where permitted by law if you breach this Agreement, our policies, or if we reasonably believe your listing creates legal or security risk.
8. Payments
Revenue share, payout timing, and chargeback handling are governed by your seller configuration and our billing terms. We may offset amounts owed against refunds or chargebacks where permitted.
9. Changes
We may update this Agreement. Material changes will be notified before they apply to new submissions. Continued submission after changes constitutes acceptance.
