Subprocessor List
Categories of third parties that may process personal data on behalf of aimp.dev customers.

1. Overview
We engage subprocessors to help deliver the Service. This page describes the categories of providers we may use. Specific vendor names, processing locations, and purposes are available to business customers on written request, subject to confidentiality.
We will notify business customers of material changes to subprocessors as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
2. Subprocessor Categories
2.1 Cloud Hosting and Infrastructure
- Application hosting and content delivery.
- Database and object storage.
2.2 Authentication and Identity
- User authentication and account management.
2.3 Payments
- Payment processing and subscription billing.
2.4 Email and Notifications
- Transactional email and in-product notifications.
- Document signing and campaign notification delivery where applicable.
2.5 AI and Model Providers
- AI inference and content generation services used to deliver AI Features.
2.6 Analytics and Monitoring
- Product analytics, error monitoring, and performance observability.
2.7 Document Signing Infrastructure
- Electronic signing and document workflow infrastructure where the Document Signing add-on is enabled.
2.8 Customer Support
- Support ticketing and customer communication tools where used.
3. Requesting the Named List
Business customers and prospective enterprise customers may request the current named subprocessor list, including processing purposes and locations, by contacting privacy@aimp.dev. We typically respond within 30 days. We may require verification of your organisation and an existing or prospective commercial relationship.
4. Objections
Customers may object to a new Subprocessor on reasonable grounds relating to data protection by contacting privacy@aimp.dev within the notice period stated in the DPA.
