What the subscription includes
A Business Brain is a governed knowledge and information-isolation boundary. One Brain can receive information from more than one connection. Brains are not permanently tied to a single drive.
The subscription is the Business Brain entitlement: the included number of Brains, pooled standard-drive connections, folder selection within an authenticated drive, catalogue refresh frequency, and the included normal processing allowance. Optional managed connections, exceptional processing and chargeable AI answers are separate.
- Business Brain entitlement
- Included number of Brains
- Pooled standard-drive connections
- Folder selection within an authenticated drive connection
- Catalogue refresh frequency
- Included normal processing allowance

What counts as a standard-drive connection
A standard cloud-drive connection is one authenticated Google Drive or OneDrive account. That counts as one connection.
Multiple selected folders within the same authenticated drive do not each consume a connection.
Another authenticated drive or account consumes another pooled connection.
Standard-drive capacity is a tier entitlement, not a per-drive add-on charge.
Managed Context Sources
Managed Context Sources are optional integrations operated by AIMP, such as SharePoint, email, WhatsApp or other named managed connectors.
An MCS does not consume a standard-drive connection.
MCS charges are for operating connector instances, not permission to store that content type.
You may continue ingesting supported information you manage yourself where the product permits it, including documents you place in an included standard drive. That does not create a Managed Context Source charge.
Multiple instances of the same connector family are separately chargeable according to catalogue first-instance and additional-instance prices. Where those catalogue values are absent, contact AIMP rather than assuming a price.
Processing allowance and overage
Normal corpus maintenance is included up to the plan’s catalogue allowance. That allowance is shared across the Brains and connections on the subscription.
Processing overage is separate from MCS pricing.
A customer-facing overage measure and price are not configured in the current catalogue. Contact AIMP if you expect to need processing beyond normal included maintenance.
AI tokens
Tokens fund chargeable inference such as Ask.
Token debit uses AIMP execution-token conversion, not a 1:1 count of provider or model tokens.
Ingestion does not debit the Business Brain token wallet.
Insufficient usable balance blocks chargeable inference before model execution; knowledge and evidence access remain available.
Purchased token packs and subscription grants are distinct grants. Included subscription grants expire at period end and do not roll over. Purchased token packs remain available until they are used or until any pack-specific expiry; they do not expire merely because a subscription period ends.
Plan inclusion has not yet been configured.
Annual billing
Monthly and annual prices are read from the active catalogue. Annual payable cost is the catalogue annual price, not twelve times the monthly price.
Current annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10.
- Starter: £149 monthly, £1,490 annually
- Professional: £349 monthly, £3,490 annually
- Business: £749 monthly, £7,490 annually
Worked examples
Example A — one standard drive
Setup
- One Business Brain and one authenticated Google Drive or OneDrive connection.
- Several folders are selected inside that same authenticated drive.
Commercial result
- Starter at £149 per month, or £1,490 billed annually from the catalogue.
- Selecting several folders within that drive does not add a Managed Context Source charge.
Example B — additional standard drives
Setup
- One Business Brain with more than one authenticated standard-drive connection.
Commercial result
- Professional at £349 per month, or £3,490 billed annually from the catalogue.
- The customer selects the lowest tier with sufficient pooled drive capacity. There is no per-drive add-on charge.
Example C — SharePoint alongside a standard drive
Setup
- One Business Brain, one standard drive and one managed SharePoint instance.
Commercial result
- Starter at £149 per month, or £1,490 billed annually from the catalogue.
- SharePoint instance 1: contact AIMP — this price is not listed in the current catalogue.
- The subscription tier is determined by Brain and standard-drive requirements. SharePoint is charged separately as a Managed Context Source and does not consume the standard-drive slot.
Example D — multiple managed instances
Setup
- Lowest-tier customer with one standard drive and two managed SharePoint instances.
Commercial result
- Starter at £149 per month, or £1,490 billed annually from the catalogue.
- SharePoint instance 1: contact AIMP — this price is not listed in the current catalogue.
- SharePoint instance 2: contact AIMP — this price is not listed in the current catalogue.
- The second SharePoint instance does not force a subscription-tier upgrade. First-instance and additional-instance catalogue prices apply when present.
- A tier upgrade could still be required for independent Brain, standard-drive or freshness requirements.
