How this estimate is calculated
Weekly per-person hours and additional monthly team hours are separate. Do not count the same work twice.
Monthly search hours = people × weekly hours × 52 ÷ 12. Recoverable hours = addressable hours × your avoidable-effort percentage. Gross value = recoverable hours × hourly cost.
Annual plan cost is the catalogue annual price, not monthly × 12. Net annual value = gross annual value − that catalogue annual price. ROI uses the known cost for the compared period. Unknown AI-token use, exceptional processing overage, one-off setup, and unselected Managed Context Sources are not treated as zero.

Multiple drives can contribute to one Brain. Use separate Brains when information or access needs to remain distinct—for example, different companies, clients or knowledge domains.
How Business Brain is charged
Every Business Brain requires a subscription. Other charges apply only when you exceed included processing, add a managed connection, or use chargeable AI inference.
You can ingest supported information you manage yourself without purchasing a Managed Context Source.
Included processing and exceptional overage
Applies only to exceptional processing above the included allowance, where that charge is enabled.
Optional Managed Context Sources
An optional recurring charge where we operate a live integration for you. It is not a licence to store that type of content.
AI tokens
AI tokens pay only for chargeable model-assisted answers. They are not used as a general compute currency. Routine ingestion does not use AI tokens. If there is not enough usable balance, chargeable answers are paused; existing knowledge stays available. Plan inclusion is not yet configured.
